G1 Cartoon-style MW Starscream by KevinJGuhl

Rated: G •
Summary: Paintshop-generated MW Starscream, although I always thought the toy worked better as a recolored Skyquake. Or King Atlas. ;-)

Hoist by Dirge

Rated: G •
Summary: A forgettable toy, Hoist has one of the least interesting colour schemes ever and two uninteresting modes.

Hubcap by Dirge

Rated: G • starstarstarstarstar
Summary: A bad name reuse that falls well short of the mark, Hubcap is my least favourite of the Machine Wars flipchangers.

Machine Wars Thundercracker by Dirge

Rated: G • half-star
Summary: An interesting colour scheme, although it's not really Thundercracker in that regard. Still, it's a good colour scheme in both modes. The robot mode has good play value.

Megaplex by Dirge

Rated: G • starstarstarstarhalf-star
Summary: The colour scheme is a little bland, and some more painted detailing would go a _long_ way. The robot mode is a lot of fun, so I recommend this mould.

Mirage by Dirge

Rated: G •
Summary: A good mould with some minor flaws. A lazy colour scheme drags it down, but it's better than that of Prowl.

Mirage: Bang, Bang by Jackpot

Rated: G •
Summary: I imagine Mirage's Machine Wars form having come with a Cheshire upgrade.

Optimus: Turbo-Revvin' Young Punk by Jackpot

Rated: G • starstarstarstarhalf-star
Summary: I see Optimus' Machine Wars form as his younger self, before he'd gotten some harsh lessons beaten into him.

Prowl by Dirge

Rated: G • star
Summary: A good mould with some minor flaws, and the vehicle mode looks pretty good. All this good work is undone by a robot mode that's nowhere near as good as it should have been.

Skywarp (Machine Wars) by Dirge

Rated: G •
Summary: A good colour scheme in jet mode, and a fairly good one in robot mode (random yellow head aside). The robot mode has good play value, with good poseability and a well designed gun.

Skywarp vs. Mirage: Speed of Sleight by Jackpot

Rated: G •
Summary: Machine Wars Skywarp and Mirage both try to get the upper hand.

Way Of Prime by OptimalLioConvoy

Rated: G • starstarstarhalf-star
Summary: Megatron creates a clone double of himself to infiltrate and destroy the unprepared Autobot base, however Optimus Prime has other things weighing on his mind... Features the first appearance of Megaplex.

Zero Hour by Jason_Magee

Rated: G • starstarstar
Summary: A prequel to Beast Machines.
