An absolutely brilliant character study. This, along with _Means of Persuasion_ and _But They Might Hope_, should be required reading for anyone writing Prowl-fic.

::gasps with barely contained giggles:: Prowl being Prowl ordering a drink and Bumblebee hocking "fries". Wonderful!

*tries to drag herself off the ground, but can't manage it. Must type from the ground, still giggling*

This is why we love him, really. Simplicity dragged out into endless twists of choices, probabilities, maybes and maybe nots. You definitely capture all it is to be the Autobot's top tactician, the good, the bad, and the indecisive.

*sigh* Ya know, I love Prowl to death . . . but remind me never to take him out for a drink!!! LOL!!! This is a fantastic look inside his head outside of his typical tactical calculations with war efforts as we usually see written. Very refreshing and very intriuing. As well as extremely amusing!!! :) And . . . yeah, maybe I would take him out for a drink, but I'm doing the ordering!!! LOL!!!

By Primus, this sounds like me trying to decide what to order!

I've read this on Scott's site before, but I'm glad it's here on Lexicon now. Those crazy people out there who aren't Prowl's fans might not like this, but the die-hard head-over-heels fangrrl won't say "no". The world needs more Prowl-fic and Order of the Day certainly delievers. The only thing wrong with this is it's length: far too short....
